Discover M'goun Massif in the High Atlas

Considered one of the best treks in the world, M’goun Massif if the second highest peak in the Atlas Mountains, and in North Africa. Standing at 4,068m it comes closely behind Jbel Toubkal but is slightly more challenging of the two.

 

 

  
   

The M’goun Massif sits centrally in the Sahara and is home to varying terrains making it an interesting and challenging experience.

The trek starts in the stunning valley of Ait Bouguemez and continues on up to the summit of M’goun. Along your journey you will be met by huge peaks and vast valleys, being directed up and then instantly down again. Welcoming rivers will cross your path as you cross sparse landscapes and canyons.

Throughout your route you will encounter Berber villages and Kasbahs, giving you a taste of the traditional way of life, all the while taking in the magnificent views displayed before you.
